Elder Harold Molden is the youngest of six (6) children to the parentage of George and Marian L. Molden in Dallas, Texas. Elder and Sister Molden have two children and four grandchildren. His education includes graduating from Wilmer Hutchins High School in Wilmer, Texas, and Business Management Degree from Northwood University. He was honorable discharged after serving four year in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronic Technician.
After completing his military service in August 1979, Elder Molden returned home to Dallas, Texas where he was reacquainted with Casandra Shofner, a former junior high school classmate. They were married on January 25th, 1980 and joined City of Refuge Church of God in Christ under the pastorate of Rev. Grady Thomas. It was under this leadership that Elder Molden received his call to the ministry.
Elder Molden faithfully served the church in many areas – as YPWW President, Youth Pastor and Young Adult Sunday School teacher. Elder Molden was recommended in spring of 1986 to Texas Northeast First Jurisdiction Ordination where he completed the session as Valedictorian in a class of fifty men and women.
In 1987 Elder and Sister Molden placed their membership with Saintsville COGIC in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of Bishop J.N. Haynes. It is under this leadership that Elder Molden’s ministry begins to take shape. Elder Molden learned Church Government, Church Finance and Church Administration from one of our church’s “greatest” Churchman, Bishop J.N. Haynes.
In September of 2007 Elder Molden’s job transferred him and his family to Kansas City, Missouri as the “Operation Manager” for Otis Elevator Company. Elder and Sister Molden placed their membership with Trinity Temple COGIC under the leadership of Bishop W.B. Henderson. Elder Molden served as Jurisdictional Adjutant for Bishop Henderson until God called this “great man of God” home to glory. After the death of Bishop Henderson, with the blessing of Presiding Bishop Charles Blake, the members of Trinity Temple were granted privilege to select an Interim Pastor. Elder Molden was selected to serve for a period of one year.
Elder Molden served as interim pastor from May 2009 to January 2010 under the instructions of Bishop John Mark Johnson, Jurisdictional Prelate, Missouri Western Second Jurisdiction.
February 2010 marks a month of new beginnings as Calvary Chapel Church was berth. Calvary Chapel is called a “place of healing”. Calvary Chapel is “Making a Difference”, Changing individuals, Changing families and Changing communities.

First Lady Casandra Molden is the eleventh of twelve children born to the union of Mr. & Mrs. Audrey Shofner of Dallas Texas. Elder and First Lady Molden are the parents of two children: Donnava Lewis and Harold L Molden II, seven grandchildren, Elizia Lewis, Michael Lewis, Jainay Molden, Jaida Molden, MiKyla Wilson, Kameron Molden an Iris Molden.
First Lady graduated from South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas Texas and went on to El Centro Community College studying in the field of Dental Assisting. She also obtained a certification in American Sign Language and has 12 years experience in the Banking industry.
On January 25, 1980 Pastor and First Lady were married and joined City of Refuge COGIC under the pastorate of Rev. Grady Thomas. In 1987 the Molden's placed their membership with Saintsville COGIC in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of Bishop J.N. Haynes and served the church in the areas of YWCC, Minister's Wives, YPWW, Sunday School, and the Women's Department.

Elder Molden was selected to serve as the Interim Pastor there and Sister Molden served as Interim First Lady.
In January of 2010 Calvary Chapel Church of God In Christ was born. While she enjoys working with the women and youth of Calvary God gave to her the vision of ministry centered upon ministering to women from all walks of life.
First Lady Molden started 21st Century Women's Outreach Ministry where they are "Breaking Down Barriers for Jesus". The Ministry has been in existence for the past 6 months with plans to expand through networking nationwide.
The Ministry serves the community by reaching hurt and wounded women, prostitutes, drug addicts and single mothers by letting them realize they are a vital, viable part of the family and they matter. But most of all Jesus loves them and we do too.
